My Vision
I had this idea that I could start asking my friends for referrals, since I already had the chance to style them for their weddings and events. And suddenly, I had this great response & tons of encouragement.
My goal is a portfolio that holds memories of great days spent with wonderful women who look and feel like the beautiful daughters of God that they were created to be!
I knew I didn't want to cut and color hair, so spending time and money attending a cosmotology school seemed like a waste of time when I had already spent four years in college. Why spend time learning a skill I wasn't passionate about, when I could be spending time actually giving services to my friends in need who already trusted that I would do a great job!
About
It started in high school. I was the girl who was suddenly rushed to style my own hair as fast as possible because my friends would all be at my house the night of prom to get their their hair styled by me, and we had to make sure there was time to do everyone! I always knew that making my friends feel and look as beautiful as I knew they were was something that made me feel great, but it wasn't until after college and a ton of weddings/proms/special events with my friends as my "clients" that I decided it should be something I can offer for others too. I think it's important that a woman knows her beauty rests in the eyes of the beholder, and our Father who created us in His likeness is the greatest of those. My desire is that the women I get to style for their special events come to see me as someone who is excited to be a part and who helps them to see that they are wonderfully made and should feel like it too!
